Charlie John "Biggs" McKelvey 7/9/1980 - 11/6/2007

Those of you who know Voices through Myspace.com have probably seen bulletins that we have posted about our good friend and former staff member, Charlie 'Biggs" McKelvey. He sadly passed away in November in a work related accident in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We have talked to his family and have come to the conclusion that it would be appropriate for us to have a page here for Biggs as a way to collect everyone's stories, comments, pictures and memories of our friend. I personally wanted to do this because he was an important part of Voices and was even drawn by Griffin Eckstein on one of the covers in Volume 1. He was like a brother to me and even at one point his mother and him took me in and helped me through some rough family times.

He touched so many and we all know that BIG smile he had and will never forget the happiness that he brought to us. He was taken too soon, but has engraved his memory on us all.

So please email us here at Voices Magazine any pictures that you may have of him. In addition below is a form that you can fill out and it will send us an email if you want to have a comment posted about Biggs. We want your stories, jokes, songs and any memories that you can think of....we will be compiling them here and we will be keeping a permanent home for our friend.

Please help me do this -- Biggs we all love you bro.
